■ Regarding early check-in
Check-in before 12:00PM
An additional charge for one night's stay will be applied. Accommodation reservations must be made from the day before.
Check-in from 12:00PM to 15:00PM
An additional charge of 1,100 yen (service charge and tax included) per room per hour, and 1,500 yen (service charge and tax included) per hour per room 4 Bedded Room only, will be charged.
*If you wish to check in before 15:00PM, we may not be able to respond to your request depending on the room vacancy. Please contact the hotel in advance.

■ Regarding late check-out
Check out from 11:00AM to 14:00PM
An additional charge of 1,100 yen  (service charge and tax included) per room per hour, and 1,500 yen (service charge and tax included) per hour per room 4 Bedded Room only, will be charged.
Check out after 14:00PM
An additional fee for one night will be charged on the day of your stay.
*Please note that we may not be able to respond to your request depending on the room vacancy on the day or the next day.

Unfortunately, we do not have a private parking lot.

We will keep your luggage as long as it is on the same day as your check-in date.
After check-out, we will only store luggage that can be picked up by 11pm on the same day.
Please note that we cannot store valuables, frozen items, refrigerated items, flowers, etc.
Due to storage space constraints, we may not be able to store items that is too large or has a large amount of luggage.
