An accommodation tax will be introduced in Hokkaido and Sapporo City for stays from Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

■ Tax start date
April 1, 2026
Reservations with stay dates on or after April 1, 2026 will be subject to tax regardless of the reservation date.

■ Accommodation tax rate (per person per night)
Accommodation fee of less than 20,000 yen: 300 yen (Breakdown: Hokkaido 100 yen, Sapporo city 200 yen)
Accommodation fee between 20,000 and 50,000 yen: 400 yen (Breakdown: Hokkaido 200 yen, Sapporo city 200 yen)
Accommodation fee of 50,000 yen or more: 1,000 yen (Breakdown: Hokkaido 500 yen, Sapporo city 500 yen)
*Accommodation fees do not include breakfast and consumption tax.

・Accommodation tax is not included in the price at the time of booking. Please pay it at check-in.
