We will provide a discount to guests staying at the hotel, so please bring your parking ticket to the front desk.

Approximately 2 minutes from the Minatomirai exit on the Shuto Expressway Yokohane Line

[From Uphill Exit]Turn left at the "Icho-dori West" intersection immediately after leaving the exit
[From Outbound Exit]Turn left at the "Keyaki-dori West" intersection immediately after leaving the exit.

There are multiple vehicle entrances, so please check the signs on-site and be careful not to take the wrong entrance.

  1. Proceed towards PACIFICO Yokohama at the "Suzukake-dori Ave.-W." intersection.
  2. The building you see on the left is YOKOHAMA SYMPHOSTAGE. Please note that you can only enter the parking lot by turning left.
  1. YOKOHAMA SYMPHOSTAGE Parking Lot 1st Entrance​The driveway for the West Tower, where the hotel is located, is the first entrance (closer to the intersection). Please note that only temporary parking is allowed.
    *The parking lot entrance is the other one.
  2. YOKOHAMA SYMPHOSTAGE Parking Lot 2nd Entrance Please note that the second entrance is for delivery vehicles and bicycle parking, and cannot accommodate general vehicles.
  3. YOKOHAMA SYMPHOSTAGE Parking Lot 3rd Entrance The parking lot is the third entrance from the intersection.

Precautions when using the parking lot

  • This is not a hotel-owned parking lot, so reservations are not possible.
  • Outside of opening hours (24:00-6:50), parking lot staff will not be present and cars cannot be entered or exited.
  • As this is a mechanical parking lot, vehicles with rear spare tires or roof racks cannot be accommodated.
  • Even if the vehicle is within the size limit, it will not be able to enter if it comes into contact with the machine sensor.
