About Accommodation

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
Please check the plan details as they may differ depending on the accommodation plan.
Is there a curfew?
For security reasons, the entrances to the 1st and 2nd floors will be locked between 25:00 (1:00 am) and 6:00 am.
Please use the intercom to call guests who wish to check in.
Guests staying at the hotel can unlock the door with their room key.
Can I leave my luggage after check-in and check-out?
We will keep it for you on the day of check-in.
After check-out, we can only store luggage that can be picked up on the same day.
Please note that we cannot accept valuables, frozen or refrigerated items, flowers, etc.
Due to storage space limitations, we may not be able to accept luggage that is too large or too much.
Can I check in early or extend the check-out time?
■ Early check-in
Check-in before 12:00pm
An extra night's stay will be charged and reservations must be made the day before.
Check-in from 12:00pm to 15:00pm
An additional fee of 2,000 yen (including service charge and tax) will be charged per room per hour.
*If you wish to check in before 3pm, we may not be able to accommodate you depending on room availability. Please contact the hotel in advance.

■ Extending check-out time
Check-out from 11:00am to 14:00pm
An additional fee of 2,000 yen (including service charge and tax) will be charged per room per hour.
Check-out after 14:00pm
An extra night's fee will be charged on the day.
*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the operating situation on the day or the next day.
Is it okay to send my luggage to the hotel before my arrival date?
Yes, please write the date of your stay and the guest's full name on the invoice. After checking your reservation information, we will keep it at the front desk.
Please specify the delivery date from the day before of your check-in date to the day of your check-in.

*Please note that we cannot accept refrigerated, frozen, dangerous, or cash on delivery luggage.
*Due to storage space constraints, we may not be able to store items that are too large or have a large amount of baggage.
*If you are using the tour for a travel agency, please also write the name of the travel agency.
Can I wait for cancellations?
We are sorry, but we do not have a waiting list. We apologize your inconveniences, but please contact the hotel to inquiry the latest vacancy.
When does the cancellation fee incur?
It depends on the number of people of the reservation. It will be as follows.
■ Up to 7 people
The day before: 50%, On the day/No-show: 100%
■ Up to 8 to 15 people
From 14 days ago: 10%, From 7 days ago: 20%
The day before: 50%, On the day/No-show: 100%
■ 16 people or more
From 30 days ago: 10%, From 14 days ago: 20%
From 7 days ago: 50%, The day before: 80%
On the day/No-show: 100%
*% is the ratio of the penalty fee to the accommodation fee.
*If you cancel a reservation that spans multiple days, all penalties will be incurred for the applicable dates.
Up to what age is co-sleeping free?
Free for elementary school students. Junior high school students and above will be charged the adult price.
Also, only one person can share a bed with one adult per bed.
We do not provide amenities for guests sharing a bed, so please prepare your own.
Can minors stay overnight?
At Keikyu EX Inn Hotel Group, if a minor is staying alone, we ask the parent or guardian to submit a written consent form.
Please print the consent form below, fill out the necessary information and sign it.

If have a visitor, can I meet the person in my room?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not allow anyone other than guests to enter the room. All meetings must be held in the lobby. We appreciate your understandings.
Is there a room where I can smoke cigarettes or electronic cigarettes?
Unfortunately, we do not have any rooms where smoking is permitted. Please use the smoking booth on the 26th floor.

About Fees / Payments

Can I use cash?
Please note that cash is not accepted at the front desk. Please check the following question for available payment methods.
What payment methods other than cash are available?
The following payment methods are available.
Is it possible to pay for items sold at the front desk and in-house facilities by cashless payment?
Some facilities in the hotel accept cash payments, but items sold at the front desk cannot be paid for in cash.
Will the hotel issue a receipt when I make an online card payment?
The hotel cannot issue receipts for reservations paid online.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please issue the receipt by yourself online from the reservation website.
Where can I get a receipt if I make a reservation using the official website for online card payment?
If you are a member, you can issue a receipt from the reservation list on "My Account" after logging in.
If you are not a member, please proceed to the reservation confirmation page from the link in the "reservation confirmation email" and issue it.
・Receipts can only be issued after 0:00 (12:00AM) on the check-out date.
・We cannot issue receipts in installments such as "issued by day" or "issued by room."
・It is possible to change the address on the receipt and reissue it, but the number of issues will be written on the receipt.
If I cancel my reservation after making advance online card payment, when will I get my money back?
If you cancel a reservation that does not incur a cancellation fee, the full payment amount will be refunded through your credit card company.
Payment is completed at the time the reservation is made, but the timing of refunds due to cancellation will vary depending on the credit card company you use.
Is it possible to pay in advance?
We accept payment by bank transfer or upon arrival.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please make the payment at least 3 business days in advance (7 business days in advance for groups with 8 or more rooms).
If you would like to pay in advance, please contact our hotel so we can confirm the payment range and payment date.

About Facility / Rental Equipment

Can I use the internet in my room?
Yes, Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) is available free of charge in all rooms.
Do you have rental PCs?
Unfortunately, we do not have rental PCs available.
Can I mirror or cast on the TV in my guest room?
Yes, both mirroring and casting are available.
Can I make an outside phone call from my room?
We apologize for the inconveniences, but you can only use the extension phone from your room.
Is there a coin laundry?
Yes, there are three automatic washing and drying machines on the 26st floor. Detergent is automatically dispensed. You can check the usage status on the TV in your room.
Is there a smoking area?
Yes, there is a smoking booth in the lobby on the 26th floor.
Is there a public bath?
Yes, it is on the 26th floor of the hotel.
Do you have banquet halls or conference rooms?
Sorry, we don't have any.
Do you have wheelchair rentals?
Yes, we do have them available. As the number is limited, please ask at the front desk if you need one inside the building.
Can I rent a baby cot?
Unfortunately, we do not have baby cribs.
Do you have an ice machine?
Yes, they are available at the vending corner on each floor.
Do you have an iron?
Yes, they are available at the vending corner on each floor.
Do you have a trouser press?
Yes, they are available at the vending corner on each floor.
Do you have a humidifier?
All rooms are equipped with air purifiers with humidification functions.
Do you have free rental items?
Yes, we provide mobile phone chargers (for Japan), nail clippers, blankets, umbrellas, adapters, sewing sets, and other items.
Please note that the number of items available for rental is limited.
Do you sell drinks?
Non-alcoholic beverages are sold at the vending corners on each floor, and alcoholic beverages are sold at the front desk on the 26th floor.

About In-house Services

Is there room service?
Sorry, our hotel does not have room service.
Can I get medicine at the hotel if I have a headache or stomachache?
According to Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, it is prohibited to provide medicines at the hotel front desk, so we are unable to provide them.
Can I print out from an external storage device such as USB?
We are afraid that we do not accept printouts.
Can I send my luggage from the hotel?
Yes. (Shipping within Japan only)
Please ask the front desk for payment on delivery or advance payment slips. We also sell cardboard boxes.
*Some services such as cool delivery are not available.

About Breakfast

Where do you eat breakfast?
Please enjoy your meal at the restaurant "Takayo-ji" on the 26th floor.
What hours is the breakfast venue open?
7:00-10:00 (Last entry 9:30).
The buffet is served in two seating times.
①7:00-8:30 (Final entry 8:00) / ①8:30-10:00 (Final entry 9:30) If you would like breakfast, please specify which option you would like when making your reservation.
What is the breakfast like?
It is a buffet style with mainly Japanese food.
How much does breakfast cost?
Adults (13 years and over) 2,500 yen (tax included) / Children (6 to 12 years old) 1,125 yen (tax included) / Infants (5 years old and under) Free
Can I use the restaurant on the day without making a reservation?
Yes, you can eat it.
Please note that we may not be able to accept your request depending on the congestion situation.
Can visitors who are not staying at the hotel eat breakfast?
Yes. Please apply directly at the restaurant.
Can breakfast respond allergy-free requests?
As the restaurant serves buffet style meals, allergy information is listed alongside the dish names.
Do you offer halal/vegetarian food for breakfast?
We are sorry, but this is not possible.

About Public Bath

What are your business hours?
15:00-25:00 / 5:00-9:00 the next morning.
Are there private baths/saunas?
Unfortunately, we do not have private baths/saunas available.
Can people who are not staying at the hotel or just visiting the baths on a day trip use the baths?
Use of the large public bath is limited to guests staying at the hotel.
Are there towels in the changing room?
There are no towels provided in the changing room. Please bring your own towels from your room.
Please take your used towels back to your room.
Can I put a towel in the bathtub or wear a swimsuit in the large public bath?
Please refrain from placing towels in the bathtub in the large communal bath.
Swimwear is also not permitted.
What are the conditions for refusing bathing?
Customers who fall under any of the following categories are asked to refrain from bathing.
・Those with tattoos
(Hidden stickers are available for sale at the front desk. If the item is small enough to be covered with the sticker, you may use the bath.)
・People who have been drinking alcohol
・Those with an infectious disease or who are not feeling well

About Parking

Is there a parking lot?
The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but there is a parking lot on the first floor of the complex.
Parking tickets can be discounted at the front desk.
What hours is the parking lot available?
Parking lot entry and exit times are from 6:50 to 24:00.
How much is parking?
The hotel discounted rate for parking from 13:00 to 13:00 the following day is 1,800 yen (tax included).
Please note that for parking outside of the discounted times before and after the event, regular parking fees will be charged separately.
Leaving your car during the permitted entry and exit times will be handled by a professional car park and will incur an additional fee of 4,000 yen (tax included).
Where can I enter the parking lot?
Heading towards Yokohama, proceed along Suzukake Street with the building on your left, and the third entrance is the entrance to the public parking lot.

What is the maximum vehicle size?
Length 5.3m / Width 2.05m / Height 2.0m / Weight 2.5t
The parking capacity is approximately 200 cars.
How do I enter the parking lot?
It is a mechanical parking lot (underground pit type).
