Notice regarding baggage delivery to hotels

Please check this when delivering your baggage to the hotel.

Our hotel will handle baggage sent in advance.
We usually hold your luggage until check-in,
There may be cases where we are unable to accept some deliveries.

When arranging for delivery of your luggage etc. to the hotel, please check the following points in advance.

・Please write the date of your stay and the full name of the guest (in hiragana) on the shipping slip.
After checking your reservation information, we will take care of it at the front desk.
・Please specify the delivery date from the day before check-in to the day of check-in.
・We cannot accept refrigerated or frozen items, dangerous items, or items shipped cash on delivery or COD.
・If your baggage is too large or has a large amount of baggage, we may not be able to store it due to storage space constraints.
・If you are using the tour for a travel agency, please also write the name of the travel agency.
