Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00 for Semi-Double rooms and 12:00 for twin rooms.

■ Regarding early check-in
Check-in before 12:00
An additional charge for one night's stay will be applied. Accommodation reservations must be made the day before.
Check-in from 12:00 to 15:00
An additional charge of 1,100 yen (service charge and tax included) will be applied per room per hour.
*If you wish to check in before 3pm, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on room availability. Please contact the hotel in advance.

■ Regarding extension of check-out time
Check out from 10:00 to 14:00
An additional charge of 1,100 yen (service charge and tax included) will be applied per room per hour.
Check out after 14:00
An additional fee for one night will be charged on the day of your stay.

Unfortunately, we do not have a private parking lot.

We will keep your luggage as long as it is on the same day as your check-in date.
After check-out, we will only hold baggage that can be picked up by 11pm on the same day.
Please note that we cannot store valuables, frozen items, refrigerated items, flowers, etc.
Due to storage space constraints, we may not be able to hold baggage that is too large or has a large amount of baggage.
